Return and Refund Policy

1. Final Sale – No Returns, No Refunds
All products sold are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason whatsoever.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

Long international shipping times (even if delivery takes more than 30 days)

Requesting a mid‑shipment refund or refusing delivery after the order has been dispatched

Incorrect address, wrong phone number, or failure to pick up the package provided by the buyer

Any quality defects, damage, or functional failure (whether factory‑related or not)

Package seized, destroyed, or returned by customs

Any other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances
2. No Exceptions
DERISSA does not offer exchanges, repairs, replacements, or partial compensation.
Even in the following situations (which some other merchants may cover), we still will not provide a refund or exchange:

Item does not work properly

Item missing parts or accessories

Item does not match the product description
By placing an order, you voluntarily assume all of the above risks.
3. How to Submit an Inquiry (Not a Refund Request)
If you have any questions about your order (other than requesting a refund), you may contact our customer service team. Please be aware that we will not initiate any refund or return process.
