Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DERISSA. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Final Sale – No Returns, No Refunds

All products sold are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason whatsoever.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Personal preference (e.g., don't like the color, wrong size, different from expectations, changed mind)

  • Long international shipping times (even if delivery takes more than 30 days)

  • Requesting a mid‑shipment refund or refusing delivery after the order has been dispatched

  • Any issues related to customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance

  • Minor delays or slow tracking updates during transit

  • Incorrect address, wrong phone number, or failure to pick up the package provided by the buyer

  • Any quality defects, damage, or functional failure (whether factory‑related or not)

  • Wrong item sent (including color, size, model, etc.)

  • Package damaged during transit

  • Package seized, destroyed, or returned by customs

  • Any other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances

2. No Exceptions

DERISSA does not offer exchanges, repairs, replacements, or partial compensation.
Even in the following situations (which some other merchants may cover), we still will not provide a refund or exchange:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item does not work properly

  • Item missing parts or accessories

  • Item does not match the product description

By placing an order, you voluntarily assume all of the above risks.

3. How to Submit an Inquiry (Not a Refund Request)

If you have any questions about your order (other than requesting a refund), you may contact our customer service team. Please be aware that we will not initiate any refund or return process.

This policy is not intended to violate mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region.

If the laws of your jurisdiction grant consumers non‑waivable return rights (e.g., certain parts of the EU, UK, Australia, etc.), then to the extent such laws take precedence, we will comply with local law. However, you must proactively inform us of your location and such legal requirements before placing your order; otherwise, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.

For all orders not covered by mandatory laws, this policy applies in full.
